Where It All Started

In 2014, inside a footwear manufacturing unit in Mumbai, daily operational challenges revealed a deeper systemic problem. Managing multiple articles, size-color combinations, batch-wise production, and orders from multiple clients exposed inefficiencies that manual registers could not solve.

Production workers operated article-wise for efficiency, yet incoming orders were fragmented. Supervisors struggled to group batches logically without constant manual intervention.

The First Solution

From Friction to Flow

A desktop-based application was developed using .NET Framework and MS SQL Express. It was not intended as a commercial product — it was built to solve real operational friction.

Structured masters for articles, sizes, colors, and parties were introduced. Most importantly, article-wise batch grouping allowed fragmented orders to become production-ready workflows.
